No, it's not a pet shop window. I spotted this avian display at a regular (or rather, not-so-regular) home while walking down a lane in Uxbridge.
Do you see the painted birds perched on the bottom branch? Two of them are in a deep in conversation, but one is highly intent on watching what I'm up to.
